You earn R2,000 for every deal KILO closes off a call you booked. Paid when the client pays us, not on signing, not when the call is booked. No base salary. No per-call pay. No retainer cut.
You cover your own airtime and data to make the calls. Before you've earned a cent. We don't reimburse it. If that's a dealbreaker, stop here.
This is daily outbound. You run your calls every working day without being reminded or chased. The pipeline only pays the people who actually dial.
Deals you book in week 1 close weeks later. Zero earnings early on doesn't mean it's broken, it means your pipeline is still cooking. People who quit in week 3 throw away the money that lands in week 5.
